Welcome!
My name is Allie Liko (“Leek-oh”), and I’m from Ottawa, Canada. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator, a lover of all things Disney, and I love that I get to do what I love for work, which is to freeze special memories in time.
I have been married for six years to my high school sweetheart, and we have a little boy and a dog. You’ll see them frequent my social media accounts!
I have a newborn studio in Russell, Ontario, and cover the Ottawa area for outdoor sessions and weddings.
I can’t wait to work with you!!

Why did I choose photography?
There’s something really magical about getting to be part of someones memories. I started shooting on a little point and shoot camera in high school, and I received my first DSLR from my husband (then boyfriend) for Christmas nearly 10 years ago. I started taking photos of everyone and everything I could (AND NOT WELL). With practice, I started to learn and bloom. I’m lucky to get to have a career doing something I am so passionate about.
I get to be with people on their happiest days; engagements, weddings, pregnancies, newborns, new houses, new jobs… I love people and getting to interact with them. I think there’s something pretty wild about getting to be part of someones story, and to get to freeze those moments for your family, forever.
