"Mom - A title just above Queen"

There is something really special about getting to witness a moment between a parent and their child. Even in a brief moment, a connection is visible, and love is apparent. Whether it is a scoop into their arms, a kiss on a squishable cheek, or a whispered, "I love you", it is clear to see love in all of its forms in these moments.

I love getting to capture these special times, so fast and fleeting. These little ones who are growing so fast, who may be close to not being able to fit on mum's hip, who are becoming more prone to wiping off a kiss than giving one in return. It's important to capture these moments, and I am honoured to be the one to stand behind a lens and ooh and ahh over the obvious cuteness of the situation before me.

"Mommy and Me's" are a time to give Mums a chance to be photographed with their little one - a special time I know many mums don't get during these busy days of Mommyhood. Having an opportunity to dress up, get out of the house, and receive some photos of themselves loving on their babies is a special gift! It is not only for parents to reflect back on in future years, but also a gift to give to their children to show how much their Momma's loved them. 

There is beauty in every form; whether you birthed, whether you held your partners hand, whether you carried for someone else. You're a parent. This is your little one. These are your photos.
